 The Charity Partnership Coordinator identifies and builds relationships with charitable organizations that align with Fil-Am Fashion Week’s mission of promoting diversity, inclusion, and sustainability. This role ensures meaningful collaborations with nonprofit partners to amplify the event’s impact and advocacy efforts.

• Charity Research: Identify potential charitable organizations whose missions align with Fil-Am Fashion Week’s values and goals.
• Outreach and Communication: Initiate contact with selected charities to present partnership opportunities and explain the event’s mission.
• Partnership Proposals: Create and present tailored partnership proposals that highlight mutual benefits for the event and the charity.
• Event Integration: Coordinate charity involvement during the event, such as booth setups, speeches, or promotional activities.
• Charity Representation: Ensure the charity’s branding and mission are showcased appropriately throughout the event, including signage and mentions.
• Impact Coordination: Collaborate with charities on fundraising or awareness campaigns tied to Fil-Am Fashion Week.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication with charity partners post-event to provide feedback, share highlights, and explore future collaborations.
• Reporting: Document the outcomes of charity partnerships, including funds raised, awareness generated, and the impact on the community.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other coordinators to integrate charity elements into media, social media, and program schedules.
• Networking: Build a network of nonprofit contacts for potential partnerships in future events.

•  You need help with things like branding and marketing strategy, brand identities, social media posting and growth, writing blogs, designing guides
